Staff and management at Aberdeen & Stonehaven based Andrew Gordon Butchery & Fine Foods are celebrating a very successful end to their 1st quarter.

“This is a major achievement for us and a great honour to be recognised in this way.” Said owner Andrew Gordon “The team work really hard to ensure our exceptionally high standards are consistently upheld. I’ve always viewed the legal compliance levels as a starting point and we strive to exceed these guidelines at every opportunity. Good hygiene and food safety management is of paramount importance to us, our clients deserve the best and that what we aim to give them. Being awarded Eat Safe status is wonderful reflection of this”.

Known for their commitment to encouraging healthy eating in the community, the company also released their new range of Gluten-Free produce and meal options, which has quickly become popular with the local branch of the Coeliac Society, and is currently in the testing phase of his new slimming range due to be launched later this month. This level of innovation by Andrew and his team has been pivotal in the company’s success to date and was recognized earlier this year, at the Grampian Food Innovation Awards where he was one of three finalists in his category.
