Aberdeen Performing Arts (APA) is a charitable company charged with the management, operation and development of the arts within its three venues in Aberdeen: His Majesty’s Theatre, the Music Hall and The Lemon Tree.

As a result of a management restructure two new posts have been created for motivated and inspirational leaders to join the management team.

HEAD OF PROGRAMMING £37.5k to £43.5k

Reporting directly to the CEO, the postholder will be a member of the senior management team and will provide strategic leadership of the programming and creative learning activities of the organisation and will take the lead role in the programming of the company’s venues. The post will also involve working with the CEO on the development and delivery of APA productions. You will have a proven track record in programming of the performing arts and strategic management experience.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER £32k to £36k

The successful applicant will be charged with implementing an integrated approach to customer services ensuring a welcoming, enthusiastic and professional service is delivered to all our audiences. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the venues and their activities, including front of house and box office operations. The main focus of this key role is the effective management of staff and resources.
