AKE outlines emerging political risksLONDON – AKE has released a world risk map displaying some of the main threats facing companies working abroad. The world is becoming more risky for companies doing business overseas. As well as security concerns such as terrorism, civil unrest and a variety of conflicts, companies also face a number of political risks. Currency concerns and sanctions threaten the economic stability of several states, while unstable policies in the aftermath of Arab revolutions are posing a major threat to company contracts.
AKE country rankings appear on an interactive map on AKE’s intelligence and risk mitigation website Global IntAKE (http://www.globalintake.com).
