BIG EXPANSION IN ABERDEENThe Aberdeen office of Scotland’s largest PR consultancy, The BIG Partnership, has secured new business worth over £300,000 and boosted its team with five new hires. BIG’s Aberdeen operation now employs more than 20 staff working on campaigns for a range of clients, with a particular focus on the energy sector. The new contract wins include Shell UK E&P Ltd, Atlas Interactive, NSRI, Glacier Energy Services, Interwell, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Paradigm Group, Langlee Wave Power and Clark Integrated Technologies. To meet the demand of the expanding client base, BIG has recruited Jackie Robinson as a senior consultant, Eilidh McCluskie as an account manager, Rebecca Cox and Anna Duthie as senior account executives and Katy Campbell as an account administrator. Aberdonian, Jackie Robinson (formerly Heddle) is a senior appointment to BIG’s Aberdeen office. Jackie has over 20 years experience gained in senior global PR agency and in-house positions with12 years at Weber Shandwick, including four years as UK Regions Board Director. Zoe Corsi, director of The BIG Partnership and head of the Aberdeen office, said: “We are continuing to see strong growth in the North East and this is reflected in the significant pieces of new business we have secured. The new additions to the team will further strengthen our position as the region’s leading PR agency.”
