BON ACCORD EMPLOYMENT SERVICES LAUNCH ULTRA-LOCAL HR SUPPORT

Are you puzzled about payroll?  Confused about contracts?  Take just ten minutes of your lunchtime to have your human resources and payroll niggles resolved quickly, conveniently, confidentially and free of charge at the first of four Bon Accord Employment Services’ support surgeries, on Wednesday 20 July at Simpson’s hotel, Queens Road.

The surgery will be managed by Donna Reid, director and co-founder of Bon Accord.  Employment law specialist Sandy Kemp, of Simpson Marwick, and The Yuill Consultancy’s Jim Yuill, Scotland’s social security expert, will also be on hand to provide business owners with solutions to human resources and payroll concerns.

Available between 10.30am and 2.30pm, experts can advise on issues including, but not limited to, payroll, contract negotiation, employment law, Social Security legislation, employee benefits, pensions, recruitment and offshore employment.

The event was organised after Bon Accord identified a gap in the market for ultra-local HR support: hectic working lives can increase HR concerns, yet reduce the time managers can spend on resolution.  Bon Accord aims to relieve this burden by bringing its support network to Aberdeen’s commercial hubs.

Further surgeries will take place throughout summer, where Sandy Kemp and Jim Yuill will be joined by Paul Shanahan of Futura Investments, a financial planner who specialises in employee benefits and pensions for the shipping and energy industries.
