All aboard! Think of Aviemore and you probably think of the Cairngorm. And usually directions to it include “it’s opposite the station”. So come to the Cairngorm Hotel, opposite the station, for a two-course lunch and hear a brief history of the railways in the Highlands with Hendy Pollock over your coffee. He’ll cover various aspects of the railway, as well as life on the footplate as a fireman.
Hendy will also be talking about the ‘Rails to Grantown’ project which officially launched on 26 March 2010, and their hopes to raise at least £182,000.00 this year.
Employees and business colleagues are welcome. It’s a great way to meet other members, as well as the Board of Directors. Please pass this invitation to anyone you think would be interested. Our lunches are great opportunity to network with other businesses in the National Park and to highlight issues facing businesses.
