Welcome to September's edition of Bright Spots, our round up of oil and gas news in Deloitte. The frontier Gulf of Guinea region, from Sierra Leone moving westwards towards Benin, has been in the spotlight since the discovery of the Jubilee field in Ghana. Our seminar examined the regional context, tax, legal, geological and operating factors that can help build business success in the Gulf of Guinea.
