CALA COUNTS DOWN TO FOVERAN ARRIVAL

The countdown is officially on as CALA Homes gets set to unveil its luxury Foveran development later this week – signalling the much anticipated arrival of their Signature Collection for Aberdeen.

The award-winning housebuilder was granted permission last year to build 24 detached four and five bedroom family homes in the village, north of the city.

Children from Foveran Primary School have already been engaging with the housebuilder to name the site – now known as Foveran Fields - which will be officially launched this week, Saturday, 28 January, from CALA’s Campus development at Hilton. A sales advisor will be available to assist prospective buyers on the Signature Collection, featuring 21 designs with each house style named after a traditional Scottish surname.

With ample square footage, including 1683 for the Colville house design, the homes typically feature separate formal living and reception areas on the ground floor while, in most cases, offering an open-plan layout in the kitchen and family living area.
