The subjects offer the potential for a variety of uses subject to planning permission and benefits from being in close proximity to retail and business units.

There is also a fully-fitted kitchen and toilet facilities. In addition there is a first floor area to the front of the property, which comprises three large rooms, together with toilet facilities and a small kitchen area.

Hebron Church is on the market at offers in excess of £350,000.

Katherine Monro, partner, Knight Frank said: “The successful transformation of former church buildings to accommodate businesses or charitable organisations has re-energised older properties in Aberdeen’s city centre and enabled their use to be attractive to alternative markets.

“Hebron Church is an example of a wonderful building in the city centre, in the heart of the City Centre Business Zone, that could be adapted to fulfil a number of commercial needs, subject to planning. This building would suit a number of occupiers, including the office market and retail.“
