Claremont go for quad certificationOne of our goals in 2011 is to attain ISO accreditation in addition to the FISP Accreditation. We are currently on the journey in an accelerated program to achieve the internationally recognised ISO accreditations: BS EN9001:2008 Quality Management Systems, BS EN14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management System. In addition we are working towards achieving our chain of custody certification (PEFC chain of custody 2002; 2010 & FSC Chain of custody STD-040-004 V2) within the same timescale and are confident that we will be successful in all cases. Claremont Office Interiors have been awarded FISP accreditation for the fourth year in a row. Claremont were the first furniture dealer in Scotland to receive fully accredited membership of FISP (Furniture Industry Sustainability Program) demonstrating our commitment to the environment and a substantial reduction in our carbon footprint. We are continuing to improve our processes to further reduce the environmental impact of our business. We strive to ensure that the products we promote have the lowest possible environmental impact and utilise recyclable materials and components. Where possible we offer products which are manufactured from materials with a high recycled content. For more information, see Claremont's newletter. 103 views
