Communications Research Project

The Scottish Government has commissioned a piece of research that will identify and improve understanding of how and where the small and micro business community in Scotland source information relevant to their viability and competitiveness.

Small and micro businesses are crucial to our economy but are sometimes difficult to contact. As such any help you can provide will be vital in helping The Scottish Government to improve the ways in which it communicates with the many small businesses that operate throughout Scotland.

Frontline has been commissioned to take this research forward through an online survey of businesses. The questionnaire – which will only take a few minutes to complete - can be accessed via the following link: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/small_businesses_communications_survey
