Constitution Street to close during heating works

Constitution Street will be closed from Friday [20 January] while heating duct works are carried out.

The street is expected to remain closed until Friday, 16 March. There will be parking restrictions on Constitution Street during the works, but parking will not be banned along the entire street at any time. ‘No waiting’ cones will be in use.

Access to properties will be maintained but there will be no through traffic.

The diversion route is via Park Street, Beach Boulevard and Links Road.
