Continued business success for Converged Communication Solutions

Aberdeen-based Converged Communication Solutions Ltd has secured new business worth over £335,000 in the past five months, another significant achievement for the ever-expanding Internet and IT Support company.

The most substantial deals include work with Peterson SBS, Marin IT (IT service provider to the DOF Group) and Walker Technical Resources for a combined total of £232,000.

Neil Christie, Technical Director, Converged said: “The past year has seen strong growth for Converged with business opportunities continuing to open up in Aberdeen and nationally. The past five months has been one of our strongest periods yet, winning over £335K of new business alone.

“The energy and marine sectors continue to be important markets and winning work from the likes of Peterson SBS, Marin IT and Walker Technical is a great boost for us. Being able to offer support to companies of these sizes demonstrates how much we have grown and how important the strategic staff appointments we made last year were in terms of expanding our reach and capability.

The company celebrated its fifth year in business in February with the launch of its new premises at Waterloo Quay, presided over by Aberdeen’s Lord Provost. The company is hoping to exceed its turnover target of £2million in 2011, having achieved turnover of £1.3 million in 2010.
