CONTRACT WINS FOR COLLABRO

Aberdeen-based specialist information systems company Collabro has secured contracts with two major operators in the oil and gas sector.

Collabro’s recently opened Perth office has won a deal with Apache to supply Vantage POB, a software service that monitors the movements of personnel to and from offshore sites. The system will be used by Apache for its Western Australian operations.

Collabro’s Aberdeen office has also secured a contract with Chevron to provide its Legare software, which provides planning and maintenance support. The product will be used by Chevron’s UK-based cross asset planning team.

Janice Grant-Shaw, managing director at Collabro, said: “Securing these two contracts with Apache and Chevron is further testament to Collabro’s growing reputation as a provider of effective software solutions.

“Having just launched our Perth office last month, we are particularly delighted to have secured our first contract in Western Australia with Apache, which is considered to be one of the country’s leading oil producers. We are confident that this will pave the way for other operators in the W.A. region to seek out our software products and expertise.”

Collabro currently employs 16 staff at its base in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, and offers a range of services to clients, including delivering and overseeing multi-participant projects and designing bespoke solutions for specific client needs.
