Date for first PRINCE2 course announced

PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Course

9^th - 13th May 2011

AVC and Carnegie Enterprise will be hosting the first, five day, PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Course at the AVC Business Centre, Altens, Aberdeen from the 9^th to 13^th May 2011.

PRINCE2 is a structured project management method, which promotes the management of a project in a logical, organised way that follows defined steps.

The PRINCE2 method addresses project management with four integrated elements of principles, themes, processes and the project environment.

By the end of the 5 day course, delegates will have the knowledge to enable them to:

• Develop, monitor and manage projects effectively
• Facilitate control at all levels and provide a communication medium for all project staff
• Ensure that work progresses in the correct sequence, delivering outcomes on time and on budget
• Save time and money whilst increasing revenue and attracting more customers/partners
