Dawn is an energetic and technically competent People Professional and Coach with a confident and enthusiastic approach to facilitating organisational and individual learning.   Her experience encompasses all aspects of People Management, including training and solutions to support companies and individuals manage change and transitions.    Primarily Dawn has worked within different sectors of the Oil & Gas Supply Chain however recently she has been working within the Voluntary Sector. Dawn is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and holds qualifications in Coaching, Management, Training Practice & Adult Education.
