Delays likely during Berryden Road work

Cable-laying work which is due to begin on Berryden Road on Monday [21 November] is likely to cause traffic delays.

The street will be closed from the Hutcheon Street junction to the access to Cornhill Hospital.

The travelling public are warned to expect delays, avoid the area if possible and allow extra time for their journeys.

The work involves laying power cables for a new electricity sub-station and is expected to last for up to five days, weather dependent.

The diversion route is via Hutcheon Street, George Street and Powis Terrace, or vice versa.
