The training team brings together a wealth of industry experience and knowledge of the learning process to deliver high-quality training programmes.
Last year, the Chamber delivered courses on 64 subjects over 254 training days to over 2,000 delegates.
We are also helping an average of 100 candidates to study towards a Modern Apprenticeship or Scottish Vocational Qualification at any one time.
Research shows that investing in training your employees can bring an increase in productivity, motivation, higher customer satisfaction and directly benefit the bottom line profit.
We can tailor a programme for your needs, incorporating your company objectives and values, along with any additional topics to complement the core delivery.
"We have been a member of the Chamber for several years now and they have delivered many courses over the years.
They have a good selection of courses which they can tailor to your company's specific needs if required as well as conducting the training in-house which is extremely good and more efficient for management.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the Chamber to all."Lynette Milligan, UK learning and development manager, Archer UK Ltd
Over 98% of our delegates would recommend their course.
The opportunity to achieve work-based qualifications increases individuals' occupational knowledge and skills.
Scottish Vocational Qualifications relate to a candidate's practical ability to work in real conditions and to a degree of competence over time.
There are no tests or exams, and competence is assessed in the candidate's own workplace.
"Since completing my SVQ4, I feel a much better-rounded manager and feel I now have a more solid background of knowledge and skills to utilise in my role.
In turn, I have taken on much more responsibilities for my role and my overall standard of performance as duty manager has improved."Marc Robertson, duty manager, Aberdeen Sports Village
