EOWDC - Consultation participation

AREG is participating in the European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre project because it is a critical part of the effort to create a large renewable energy industry in Aberdeen City and Shire and enable you, our members to win new business in this exciting new market.

We would welcome any expressions of support that you felt it appropriate to make. Such messages should be sent by 16th September 2011 to Marine Scotland at ms.marinelicensing@scotland.gsi.gov.uk or by post to The Scottish Government, Marine Scotland, Marine Laboratory, PO Box 101, 375 Victoria Road, Aberdeen, AB11 9DB

BACKGROUND AND TEAM CONTACT DETAILS

AREG, Vattenfall and Technip submitted an application for consent for the European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre on 1st August 2011. A formal consultation process is now underway and anyone wishing to make a representation to the application has until the 16th September 2011. Any representations should be made to The Scottish Government, Marine Scotland Licencing Operations Team no later than this date.
