Event to Address Drug Misuse Issues in the City

Aberdeen residents and professionals will have the opportunity to discuss how best to address the city’s drug misuse issues next week at an event hosted by ACVO (Aberdeen Council of Voluntary Organisations).

The “Come and Help Shape the Future of Drug Services in Aberdeen” event, which will take place from 2pm-4pm on Tuesday 19th April in Aberdeen Arts Centre, is a chance for service providers, service users, stakeholders and members of the general public to share their opinions and to help to shape the future of drug service provision within the City.

Simon Rayner of Aberdeen City Alcohol and Drugs Partnership and Ian Paterson of ACVO will both speak at the event; this will be followed by a discussion session with attendees.
