International Trade Events

Our experienced international trade team can provide advice and guidance on the many aspects of international business, including market intelligence, trade sectors, laws, fiscal regimes and business cultures.

We run tailored events designed specifically to meet companies' international business needs. Our extensive networks, both in the UK and abroad, provide a wide range of expertise to assist in providing businesses with trade support.

Our Events Team works closely with our experienced business executives to deliver a programme of events which provide advice, guidance and information on the many aspects of international trade. This can range from country intelligence, trade sectors, law and fiscal regimes, socio-economic conditions, business culture and much more.

The Africa Business Centre (ABC), which is a separate membership organisation, also runs international business events with a focus of sub-Saharan Africa. Members and non-members of the Chamber of Commerce are welcome to attend.

In 2013, topics covered that were included were, Saudi Arabia, East Africa, China, Piracy, the Falklands, Libya, financing international trade, local content in Angola and Booming in Brazil.
