Holburn Street set for carriageway repairs

Road and footway repairs are set to start on part of Holburn Street on Monday 19 September.

The carriageway will be resurfaced between Great Western Road and Union Grove, along with the footway on the west side of the same length of road. Sections of footway on both sides of the road will also be resurfaced up to the car park entrance at 180 Holburn Street.

The work is due to last for up to four weeks, depending on the weather. Two-way traffic flows are expected to be maintained during the day, with stop/go manually operated traffic controls in operation only after 7pm. The works will potentially cause delays and travellers are recommended to use alternative routes if possible.
