Icy patches likely as temperature dips

Road surface temperatures are forecast to dip to around freezing tonight, which means there may be icy patches on roads and pavements.

Motorists and pedestrians are advised to take care if out and about tonight and tomorrow morning and to beware of black ice.

Winter maintenance operations continue as normal.
