Jon Woodwards has over 30 years international oil and gas experience. He has travelled widely and had numerous foreign postings. Although originally qualified as a geologist, Jon has spent most of his working life in the wells and petroleum engineering sector. He has worked in engineering, business development and commercial roles both in the operator and service contractor communities and also as an independent business manager.

Julien Masse holds a Degree from the School of Communication and Marketing in Paris and a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from the Robert Gordon University. He is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Romanian and is an accomplished researcher. Additional roles are to plan and manage all aspects of the International Trade department's events and trade missions, maintain its information databases and website and liaise with members and clients on international business matters.
