We use interviews in a number of situations – recruitment, appraisal, disciplinary, grievance and many more, yet do we know how to get the best results?  This programme will give practical tips and advice on how to conduct effective interviews and stay within the legal constraints of employment legislation. Participants are required to bring an up to date copy of their CV’s for consideration on the day.

This 1 day programme encourages full interaction and includes role play to help you to put skills into practice in a non threatening environment.
