IOSH LICENSED;   E-Learning Safety Training Ltd   (ELST LTD)

Aberdeen based health and safety training company E-Learning Safety Training Ltd(ELST) are ready to launch the second of their IOSH approved E-Learning courses, the new course is IOSH- Office Safety, this follows on from IOSH Health & Safety for Industry, which was released last September.

Both courses were developed by ELST, after years of research and also giving careful consideration to the alarming statistics on the rise of major accidents and incidents published by the HSE in 2010.

ELST LTD are trying to target good practice right from the word go, by offering all apprentices and secondary schools as in school leavers a 50% price reduction on either of their IOSH courses, giving the young adults an edge when entering into industry and the current job market with their own unique IOSH Health & Safety certificate.

In order to reduce the risks there is without doubt a greater need for continual personal development based health and safety training. Our method of continual personal development encourages staff to be continually refreshed in all areas on a regular basis leaving no room for complacency. Our technique of training covers two of the key factors in the competency Equation > GOOD KNOWLEDGE + CONTINUAL PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT + GOOD SKILLS + DESIRE + MANAGEMENT DRIVE = COMPETENCY.

Our new IOSH – Office Safety course is the first office safety course that has ever received IOSH accreditation and also includes our training and tracking system once again providing two of the key factors in gaining a competent workforce

Too many of today’s courses are a snapshot in time, done today forgotten tomorrow, with the candidate returning three years later to re-validate a certificate . Safety knowledge is like any other skill it has to be practiced and refreshed on a regular basis.
