JOHNSTON CARMICHAEL ANNOUNCES NEW PARTNER AND DIRECTOR PROMOTIONSThree new partners and six new directors have been announced at Scotland’s largest independent accountancy firm as it continues its drive to develop and grow its team of talented advisers. Johnston Carmichael, celebrating its 75th year of business in 2011, has identified its new promotions for the year which cover the breadth of the country and the key areas of growth for the firm.
Donna Harper (General Practice) and David McBain (Audit and Assurance) have been promoted to partners in the Elgin office while John Todd (Tax) has been promoted in the Inverness office. These new partner appointments take the total number of partners in the firm to 46.
Six new directors are also promoted. In Edinburgh, Jenny Fullerton in general practice joins Toby Rintoul who will lead the firm’s fast growing outsourcing division in Edinburgh. In Glasgow, corporate financier, Brendan Waters is joined by colleague Gavin Young in audit and assurance. Adele Middler in Inverurie and Helen Rodgers in Elgin also gain new roles in the areas of general practice and audit and assurance respectively.
