Leading Aberdeen Design Agency set to expand nationally after being acquired.

Aberdeen based brand, media and communications agency Imajica have been acquired by CMS Holdings Limited who are keen to see their new acquisition expand across the UK.

CMS have acquired all the existing assets of Imajica, creating a new holding company which will oversee the development of a number of new opportunities on behalf of CMS as well as delivering the same high levels of service to Imajica’s existing clients.

 

Imajica Director Jeff Riley; “CMS were impressed by our team, the strength of our client base and the quality of your work. Not only are we retaining our creative and technical team, a number of strategic positions have been identified that will allow us to take the business to a new level. These announcements will be made as soon as we have agreements in place, so it’s an exciting time for us right now.”

 

The existing team has moved to modern serviced offices within PMAC House in the Bridge of Don where we are already enjoying the benefits of superfast broadband, and the great new facilities at our disposal.
