Bank of Scotland
As part of Lloyds Banking Group, Bank of Scotland has a specific team that provides banking facilities and funding to businesses with a turnover of up to £15 million. Now working with customers under both the Lloyds TSB and Bank of Scotland brands, we have over 300 years’ experience of providing guidance and support to firms across all sectors, from sole traders to larger, well established companies.
We put great emphasis on a long-term relationship-led approach to banking and are committed to providing businesses with a service that goes beyond day-to-day banking facilities.
Our local network of relationship managers can act as a sounding board for ideas and can help companies access other sources of guidance – from selected divisions within Lloyds Banking Group or other professionals in the local community.
We recognise the importance of working closely with our customers and building strong relationships so that we can fully understand their needs. We are actively looking to meet their funding requirements, whether it is to launch a new venture, improve liquidity or support expansion.
Our commitment to you
Keen to demonstrate our continued assistance for businesses, as part of the wider Lloyds Banking Group we launched the 2012 SME Charter in November 2009. The Charter sets out a clear three-year programme detailing how we will help firms grow as the economy continues to improve.
To help provide companies with the confidence to do business, we have made commitments under three broad dimensions: encouraging enterprise, access to finance and clearer pricing.
We believe that business optimism is the foundation of any economic upturn. The clear commitment to assist companies through the economic cycle and this initiative is one of many that will help us deliver on this promise. |
