Local Customers Put Casino In The Top Spot

G Casino in Aberdeen has been awarded the ‘Best Net Promoter Score’ accolade at a recent management awards ceremony for Grosvenor Casino Ltd, owned by The Rank Group Plc. The award recognises casinos within its estate that have achieved the best customer feedback and general overall performance throughout the year.

The casino on Exchequer Row opened in November 2008 and currently employs over 100 people in the local area.

Managing Director of The Rank Group Phil Urban commented, “The Best Net Promoter Score award is honoured to the casino with the highest and most positive number of comments and feedback from customers, so this is a great accolade for Aberdeen and proves they must be doing something right in the local area.”
