The Contracting Authority is seeking to procure a design and build framework agreement (“the Agreement”) to provide photovoltaic (PV) panel installations (“the Projects”) at various locations as summarised in the PQQ available on the London 2012 eTendering site. Description The Contracting Authority intends to award the Agreement to a single entity (“the Contractor”), e.g. a formal joint venture or a single company that, in turn, may intend to employ sub-consultants and sub-contractors. The Agreement shall remain in place for a period of four years following the date on which the Contractor is appointed.
