The Contracting Authority is seeking to procure a design and build framework agreement (“the Agreement”) to provide photovoltaic (PV) panel installations (“the Projects”) at various locations as summarised in the PQQ available on the London 2012 eTendering site.

Description

The Contracting Authority intends to award the Agreement to a single entity (“the Contractor”), e.g. a formal joint venture or a single company that, in turn, may intend to employ sub-consultants and sub-contractors. The Agreement shall remain in place for a period of four years following the date on which the Contractor is appointed. About the buyer's selection process: The Olympic Delivery Authority will award contracts to businesses that reflect London 2012’s procurement policies and values. Value for money on costs, time, quality, design and functionality, the promotion of equality and diversity, environmental responsibility, and legacy are key values that embody the ODA's procurement objectives. The PQQ stage is on the e-tendering portal. Bidders will be required to provide evidence in the PQQ stage to be shortlisted to ITT. Shortlisting – After PQQ is received, bidders will be shortlisted and invited to ITT.
