Mackinnons Solicitors are delighted to announce various senior appointments and promotions.

Ashleigh McConnell and Morag Christoffersen are promoted to become Associates in the Private Client and Commercial departmentsrespectively. Ashleigh specialises in trusts and executries. Morag specialises in shipping and commercial law.  The Firm has created the new post of Practice Manager with Nicola Elder taking this position. Bruce Craig becomes Managing Partner taking over from Charles Scott who held the post for more than 20 years and who remains as Senior Partner.

Charles said:- “We are delighted to recognise the hard work and commitment of Ashleigh and Morag since they joined the Firm. Their promotions are very well deserved. After many years as Managing Partner, I am very pleased that Bruce is taking over this role. Bruce will be ably assisted by Nicola who has joined us in

the new role of Practice Manager. Stepping down as Managing Partner will give me more time to focus on client work and the continuing development of our Practice.”
