Majority of Enterprise Business Centre Tenants from Energy Sector

Enterprise North East Trust (Enterprise) today (Tuesday 2 February 2010) announces that companies operating within the oil and gas sector make up the majority of its occupants in its 16 north east business centres.

Organisations including Vector Offshore, Bomar Offshore, Independent Oilfeld Inspection Ltd and Maxoil Solutions have leased space within Enterprise’s centres in Aberdeen, Inverurie and Peterhead. Companies within the charitable and financial sectors are also emerging as popular tenants of the Enterprise centres.

Although the UK is believed to be emerging from the recession this news has been greeted with cautious optimism.
