Mock Tribunal

To assist employers through the labyrinth of employment law, Law at Work, in partnership with IoD Scotland, is holding a mock employment tribunal taking attendees through the tribunal process and offering some tips for successfully defending claims.

Bob Smith is a less than perfect employee.  With sexist emails, abusive comments on Facebook and worse, Bob's emplyer has had enough and he is very swiftly an ex-emplyee.  But Bob's a fighter and is challenging his sacking at an emplyment tribunal.

The issue is finely balanced - will the tribunal side with Bob or his employer?  What lessons is Bob's emplyer going to learn from the experience?

These interactive events are designed for directors and senior managers.  The tribunals are always popular and over-subscribed, so early booking is advised.
