  • Reduction of pressure/stress
  • Knowledge of how to properly motivate staff and ensure their focus
  • Knowledge of the proper way to delegate

All managers and supervisors/team leaders who are responsible for other members of staff. Managers under pressure. Managers with ‘difficult’ staff. Newly appointed managers with limited experience of managing others.
