MSE (CONSULTANTS) LTD SUPPORTS TRIO’S CHARITY CYCLEIndependent engineering firm MSE (Consultants) Ltd has donated £1,000 in support of BP Dyce’s nine day cycle marathon bid. Elizabeth Rhodes, Ian Leftwich and Daryl Jackson will begin their journey from John O’Groats to Lands End this weekend, Saturday, 11 June, averaging an impressive 110 miles a day.
The team aims to raise £10,000 which will be split between British Paralympics, Macmillan Cancer Support, the Alzheimer’s Society and Meningitis Research.
Derek Penny, MSE’s Head of Business Development, said: “Having worked closely with BP in Aberdeen, MSE was delighted to be able to help the team raise vital funds for four very worthwhile causes.
“This is a massive task they have committed themselves to and I wish them all the very best of luck.”
Elizabeth Rhodes commented: “The sponsorship from MSE was a real boost and BP will be matching the sponsorship too.
“We are very grateful and when the going gets tough on the bike, thinking of the money we’ve raised will be a big bonus and hopefully spur those pedals along.”
MSE, based at Aberdeen’s Queens Gardens, performs a wide range of design and application of gas compression system engineering studies and project management consultancy services within the oil and gas industry, working with the clients such as BP, Talisman and BG Group. 165 views
