New Appointments

Aberdeen based offshore Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration engineering, service and solution providers, HVAC & Refrigeration Engineering Ltd have announced three key appointments as part of their long-term growth strategy.

Managing Director Raymond Davidson explains “The requirement for the additional resources is borne from an unprecedented increase in both domestic and international business in our Products, Projects and Services Divisions. These new appointments are vital in ensuring we continue to service our fast growing customer base to a high standard, as well as ensuring we achieve our ambitious growth plans over the next few years.

Colin Lockhart rejoins the company in the role of Business Development Director. With extensive experience of the market, Colin has worked in all aspects of the offshore HVACR industry, possessing practical experience, coupled with significant technical know-how, adding to our effective approach to the company’s global business development activities.

Claire Ross heads up our Spares Unlimited department and is responsible for the coordination of all internal sales, supporting ‘end user’ clients as well as our own service engineers. Claire comes with a proven customer focused background and will ensure our clients’ requirements for equipment and spare parts are met quickly and at best price.

Gary McDonald, our new Business Development Manager, has a wealth of experience in the Oil & Gas, Marine and Petrochemical Industries and is responsible for maintaining and developing business relationships with current clients as well as broadening our client base.

All three positions are considered fundamental in maintaining and further developing our customer based focus and meeting our goals locally and globally, and the appointments are extremely welcome additions to our continually developing team.

More appointments are currently underway, which will take the overall staffing complement to in excess of 60 personnel, a doubling of numbers over the past two years, reflecting the ongoing successful growth of the company.”
