An Aberdeen based communication company has been awarded Cisco Systems prestigious award to recognize 4MS Network Solutions Ltd for achieving Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence.


One of the most significant external validations of the services provided is the Cisco satisfaction survey for both pre sales and post-sales support. Cisco satisfaction surveys are carried out by Cisco for customers who have a registered PSS contract via 4MS and are contacted directly to complete the survey.


This prestigious designation is displayed inside Cisco’s Partner Locator tool to help differentiate 4MS from its competitors. Customers, Cisco personnel and other partners can then identify 4MS as having achieved outstanding customer satisfaction as part of Cisco’s worldwide assessment process. The award is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.


Since its launch in 2007, 4MS has won awards form Cisco no less than six times including Enterprise Partner of the Year twice, and Security Architecture Partner of the Year in 2014. This year 4MS were also award, the Cisco Special Recognition Award, was presented by Donald McLaughlin, a Cisco Director and Country Manager for Scotland, to reward consistent best practice, commitment to Cisco and the quality of the company’s work.
