Sir Peter Housden of the Scottish Government, Carl Paraskevas of Lloyds Bank, Graeme Sheils of Deloitte and chairman, Hall Morrice's Scott Taylor will address tropics including domestic fiscal policy, global developments, business confidence and public-private interaction to address major, long term economic challenges.
