North East Man Wins Brand New BMW

Last night Mark Allen of Port Elphinstone got a surprise phone call to say he had won a Brand New BMW 116i sport!

The draw took place in the shopping mall of Union Square at 8pm and Mark’s initial reaction to the call was “this must be a wind up”, an April fool come early.

The BMW was the first prize in a raffle being ran by North East Sensory Services to raise funds for the Blind and Deaf communities here in the North East.

£20,948 worth of tickets were sold a figure NESS are delighted with and the charity who are the leading provider of Sensory Services wish to thank everyone who supported them by purchasing tickets.

All money raised from such Fundraising ventures stays here in the Northeast and goes directly towards providing services, which aim to improve the lives of blind and deaf people.
