Sunday 21st August, The Great IFB Stonehaven Bike Ride takes place with a noon start, this is a sponsored bike ride with the main route being 25 miles with

an 11 miles option for families.

Wednesday 31st August, will see our 2nd NESS Firewalk happening at Garioch Sports Centre in Inverurie with a 7pm start. Firewalkers have to commit to raising

a minimum of £100 for NESS, this is something everyone can do and the motivational training you receive prior to the firewalk can help you with other life

challenges.

If Firewalking is not for you, how about Glasswalking instead? We are holding our first Glasswalk at Transition Extreme on Thursday 1st September at 6pm.

Like Firewalking, Glasswalking can be done by anyone and everything which applies above is equally applicable to this event.

Sunday 2nd October, NESS have taken 10 spaces (5 have already gone) on an abseil, but this is no average abseil, as this involves a 165ft drop off the iconic

Forth Rail Bridge! Abseilers have to raise £125 and slots are allocated on a first come first served basis.
