From its Perth, Western Australia, base, OEG Offshore PTY Limited (OEG PTY) supplies clients in the offshore oil and gas industry with specialist, A60 pressurised engineering cabins and a range of containers and baskets all meeting DNV standards.
The first twelve months of business since the subsidiary’s creation in 2010 has seen OEG PTY secure significant contracts with clients including GE Oil and Gas, Rigcool Australia Pty Ltd, IKM Testing and Icon Engineering.
OEG’s Regional Director for Australia, Graham O’ Brien, is delighted with how the first year of operation in the Australasian market has gone for the company.
Mr O’ Brien said: “To have recorded such a positive first year in Australia is testament to the hard work of the team in setting-up the subsidiary and we are delighted with the results we have experienced to date.
“OEG PTY has established a solid client base over the past twelve months and our presence in Perth, coupled with the work done by our regional representatives, Darwin-based Tank and Pump Services, has increased awareness of OEG, not just in Australia, but further afield in other markets such as East Timor and Papua New Guinea
”We are now looking forward to the future, and building on this success with further planned investment in our fleet of containers and cabins situated in Perth to ensure we are able to respond quickly to the needs of our growing client base in the region.”
