One-way traffic on city roads this weekend

One-way systems will be in place on Causewayend and Powis Place this weekend [02–05 Sept].

Causewayend will be southbound only, from Fraser Place to Mounthooly, from 7pm on Friday 02 September until 6am on Monday 05 September to allow sewer connections to be installed to a new housing development.

Access to properties will be maintained but no through traffic will be possible. An alternative route will be available via Hutcheon Street and George Street. HGVs will be diverted via King Street and St Machar Drive.

Powis Place will be southbound only on Sunday 04 September from Powis Terrace to the slip road at 656 George Street to allow duct-laying to be carried out for traffic signal refurbishment.

An alternative route will be available via Fraser Place and George Street or via Fraser Place, Canal Road, Elmbank Terrace and Bedford Road.
