£250,000 contracts win for innovative IT specialist Dynamic Edge Solutions

Aberdeen-based Dynamic Edge Solutions has secured a succession of new contracts worth around £250,000 in total as it continues to broaden its service offering to its growing customer base.

Many of the new deals consolidate and grow Dynamic Edge’s relationship with customers for whom the specialist IT services provider had already provided expert support activities or project work.

Managing Director Rob Hamilton says: “It’s great news for us that we are creating or strengthening so many new working partnerships at this key time in our growth.

“In several instances they are a direct endorsement of our services as existing customers, having come to recognise our qualities and trust our ability to deliver, want to extend the relationship.”

The new contracts include:

The provision of managed services – including proactive IT monitoring, and regular on-site and reactive support – to Castlehill Housing Association

The provision of a cutting-edge customer relationship management (CRM) system for independent human resources support business Empire HR

A deal to provide IT support services for a division of Aberdeen-based international mechanical services company EnerMech Ltd

IT management services – plus strategic IT expertise to help deliver organisational growth objectives – to the north-east charity Inspire

A deal to become the managed services partner of Aberdeen-based solicitors, estate agents and property leasing specialists K.W.A.D.

The delivery of a cloud-based solution to international shipbroking specialists Offshore Shipbrokers Ltd to augment its international communication capabilities following the opening of a new office in Ghana.

“These contracts represent a portfolio of work that ranges from the provision of quality support services to the delivery of advanced technological solutions that meet the precise requirements of individual clients,” adds Rob Hamilton.

They also represent the latest steps forward for Dynamic Edge in pursuit of its growth objectives.

It recently became the first IT services provider in Scotland, and one of less than 20 across the UK, to secure an advanced cloud computing partnership with Microsoft.

As a Cloud Accelerate Partner – the highest accreditation available with Microsoft for cloud services specialists – Dynamic Edge has access to an extended network of resources and technical expertise in support of its strategic growth plans.

And last year Dynamic Edge attained Microsoft Gold Partner status – the highest level of partner certification – with six different IT technology competencies.

Further, Dynamic Edge was geared up early to demonstrate the capabilities of Microsoft Office 365 – Microsoft’s new cloud computing solution – ahead of its formal launch to the market later this year.
