Plans for former drinks firm site approvedPlans for a new residential development on the site of the Bon Accord soft drinks factory in Torry have been given the go-ahead by city councillors. Members of the city council’s Development Management Sub-committee approved the proposal to build 69 flats and a small commercial unit at the Greyhope Road site.
The plans are for a block of primarily for two-bedroom flats, with basement-level car parking, in one block extending around the west, north and north-east edges of the site. 59 views
