Problem with council phone lines but contact centre operating as normal

Aberdeen City Council is experiencing problems with some of its phone lines today, but the customer contact centre is still operating as normal.

All numbers starting 522 and 523 are currently out of operation. We are working with the network provider to try to get the phone lines back up and running as soon as possible.

In the meantime, people wishing to contact the council can call the Customer Contact Centre. It is experiencing high volumes of calls, so please be patient. Environmental issues can be reported by calling 08456 080919. Calls about housing repairs should be made by calling 08456 080929. Council tax inquiries can be made by calling 08456 080921. Calls about other matters should be made to the switchboard on 08456 080910.
