Restaurant and Lodge Couple Up for Valentine’s Package

A North-east restaurant and neighbouring guest house are teaming up to give guests a special Valentine’s Day experience.

The Lairhillock Inn and Lairhillock Lodge, both in Netherley, are encouraging couples to enjoy a romantic weekend in a private setting away from the busy city centre.

Jenny Ironside, owner of the Lairhillock Lodge, said: “We are delighted to welcome couples to the Lairhillock Lodge to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The Lodge provides a space to get away from it all, offering peaceful surroundings only a 20-minute drive from Aberdeen.”

The Lairhillock Inn will be offering a fixed Valentine’s Day menu on the night, with options including Chorizo and Citrus Crumb Fillet of Cod and Chargrilled Fillet of Venison.

Donald Law, owner of the Lairhillock Inn, said: “We look forward to providing a romantic dinner setting for couples and put a lot of thought into our menu to make it an experience to remember. Guests will be able to indulge in our elegant menu while enjoying a live piano player in the restaurant.”

The package will be available the nights of the 10 and 11 of February and includes two nights at the Lodge for the price of one and 20 per cent off dinner at the Inn. Couples interested in booking can call the Lairhillock Lodge on 01569 731866 to book their room and dinner reservation.
