Road closures for ‘Scottish Samurai’ parade

Roads in Bridge of Don will be closed in sequence over a two-hour period on Saturday evening [17 Sept] to allow the Scottish Samurai parade to go ahead.

The event is part of the Bridge of Don ‘Our Gala’ Scottish Samurai Festival, which is running at the Gordon Barracks on Ellon Road.

The following roads will be closed in the following order from 7pm–9pm:

• Curunna Road for a distance of 100m from its junction with Ellon Road;

• Ellon Road southbound between North Donside Road and Links Road;

• Ellon Road northbound between Balgownie Road and North Donside Road;

• North Donside Road full length

• Scotstown Road from North Donside Road to Cairnfield Road;

• Cairnfield Road full length.

The roads will be closed and reopened in sequence during the parade.
