Scottish commercial property company, FG Burnett, has appointed Michelle Stevens as property manager following the recent retirement of Doug Marnoch.

With an extensive track record in property management in the UK and South Africa, Michelle joins from Aberdeen solicitors Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace where she was leasing manager.

Michelle will oversee FG Burnett’s expanding portfolio of commercial and residential properties which are managed on behalf of landlords and proprietors.

FG Burnett director and head of property management, Christopher Yannaghas, said: “Our property management division is expanding and Michelle brings with her the right blend of experience and industry knowledge which will benefit our clients.

“She has a strong background in property leasing and management and will prove to be an excellent fit with our existing team as we look to grow this part of our business.”

Michelle added: “I have been involved in property management at different levels for more than 20 years and while have a good understanding of Aberdeen’s diverse commercial property market I am looking forward to building on that knowledge and to maintaining FG Burnett’s reputation as the sector leader.”
