Skibo wins contracts worth more than £1.1 million

Aberdeen based IT services company, Skibo Technologies (Skibo) today, 4 July 2011, announces contract wins worth in excess of £1.1 million for the provision of technical resources and ICT management services.

The contract awards, which include the renewal of 12 existing agreements, are with a number of global oil and gas operators including Hess and Nexen Inc. The services will be delivered in Aberdeen, London, South East Asia, West and North Africa.

Mark Mair, managing director of Skibo comments, “We experienced a period of strong growth during the last financial year with turnover increasing by 28% to £1.4 million. We aim to continue this trend during the coming year; our projected turnover for 2011/2012 is £2 million. This raft of contract wins and renewals is testament to the breadth and depth of technical knowledge and resources we bring to our clients.”

The contract wins are also a show of strength in terms of Skibo’s offering to the oil and gas industry.
